Gilad Klein is the VP of Operations at Lambda Technologies, LLC, a leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Oracle Maintenance Cloud, and Oracle eAM consulting services. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and asset management solutions, Gilad has built his career around helping asset-intensive organizations improve reliability, streamline maintenance operations, and maximize the value of their Oracle investments. He is an Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist in Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud, Order Management Cloud, and Procurement Cloud.
Throughout his career, Gilad has led large-scale EAM and supply chain transformation programs across a broad range of industries, including petrochemicals, energy, oil and gas, mining, transportation, retail, construction, and food manufacturing. His expertise spans Oracle R12 and E-Business Suite implementations and upgrades, Maximo-to-Oracle migrations, SCADA and meter-based integrations that drive condition-based maintenance, and custom solutions ranging from preventive-maintenance automation to large-scale warehouse logistics. He brings a rare combination of deep technical command and operational insight, enabling him to translate complex business requirements into practical, reliable systems that deliver measurable results.
